THE NEW YORK PROJECT | DISCORD REGULATIONS & GUIDELINES

1. Age Requirement: All members must be 15 years of age or older to participate in The New York Project. Anyone below this age requirement will not be permitted to join or remain within the community until their 15th birthday.

1. Respect & Inclusion: TNYP has zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or any other form of discrimination or targeted abuse. Violations will be addressed by the appropriate staff members and may result in disciplinary action.

1. Contacting Staff & Department Leadership: Pinging or directly messaging Staff or Department High Command members regarding community or department matters is prohibited without their express permission. All questions, concerns, requests, and department-related matters must go through the appropriate channels or ticket system.

1. Appropriate Content: NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is strictly prohibited. All content posted, shared, or distributed within The New York Project must remain appropriate and within a PG-13 standard.

1. Honesty About Real-Life Service: Impersonating or falsely claiming to be active-duty military, law enforcement, EMS, fire/rescue, or another emergency service is prohibited. Members must be honest about their real-life experience and background. Do not fabricate stories, credentials, or service history.

1. Advertising & Promotion: Members may not advertise or promote another FiveM server, Discord server, business, community, service, or other organization without express permission from the TNYP Board of Directors.

1. Member Poaching: Intentionally recruiting or encouraging TNYP members to leave for another server, business, community, department, or organization is strictly prohibited. This includes privately contacting members for recruitment purposes.

1. Confidentiality: Leaking, distributing, or sharing private community documents, staff chats, department chats, internal information, development materials, assets, or other confidential content outside of The New York Project is strictly prohibited. Documents, chats, or assets created specifically for TNYP must remain within the community unless authorized leadership grants permission.

1. Political Discussions: Political discussions and arguments are not permitted within The New York Project. Members are expected to keep conversations professional, respectful, and community-focused.

1. Community Participation: Have fun and be an active member of the community. Meet new people, participate in roleplay, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. We are here to enjoy the experience, make friends, and build The New York Project together.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE REGULATIONS

Violations may result in a warning, timeout, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban, department removal, staff removal, or other disciplinary action, depending on the severity of the violation and the member’s history.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to take appropriate action when circumstances require it.

FIVEM SERVER REGULATIONS

1. Respect Other Players: Racism, bullying, and harassment of any kind are prohibited. Violations will be handled by the staff team.

1. No Cheating or Exploiting: Mod menus, cheats, and exploits are strictly prohibited. Anyone using these methods will be permanently removed from the community.

1. Stay In Character: All players must remain in character at all times and act according to the role they are playing.

1. Complete Every Scenario: Players must roleplay each scenario through, regardless of how it unfolds. You may not discontinue roleplay simply because you dislike the direction or outcome of a scenario.

1. No Sexual Roleplay: Sexual behavior or sexual roleplay of any kind is strictly prohibited. The New York Project is a 15+ community.

BLACKLISTED ROLEPLAY

1. Terrorism Roleplay: Prohibited.
2. Suicide Roleplay: Prohibited.
3. Federal Government Official Roleplay: Prohibited.
